To ensure a spot for you and your little one, please purchase your tickets from our website in advance.

Refund Policy: Cancelation by a Participant

We do not offer refunds. Please email education@heritagefarmstead.org to request to transfer tickets to a different date within one year of the original program date.

Request must be received prior to the program.

Refund Policy: Cancelation by Heritage Farmstead

If program is cancelled due to weather or due to low enrollment, registered participants may choose to transfer their tickets to a future program date within one year of the original program date or opt for a 100% refund.

Bad Weather Policy

If a program is cancelled due to inclement weather, the decision will be made by 8:00 AM on the day of the program and all registered guests will be notified by email. If at all possible, we ask that guests transfer their tickets to an upcoming program, however if that is not possible, we will provide a full refund.

COVID Safety Protocols

We strongly recommend that everyone over the age of 5 wear a mask inside all buildings. Nearly all activities for our preschool programs take place outdoors.

We encourage guests, volunteers, and staff to wash hands frequently. We have hand sanitizer locations throughout the farm.

Activities and crafts have been modified to minimize sharing supplies.

Please do not attend the program if your child or someone in your household is not feeling well. Contact the Farmstead to exchange your tickets for a later date.
